To set the time for your NEC Aspire system:
Press CALL1 and dial 828.
Dial two digits for the hour (24 hour) For example, 13=1:00 PM.
Dial two digits for the minutes. You'll hear confirmation beeps.
Press SPK to hang up.

To set the time for your Axxess or 5000 systems:
(From an Administrator Phone)
While phone is "ON HOOK" dial 9800 (may need to use the SPCL key)
Press # to Skip Date
Enter time HH:MM
Press 1 for AM, 2 for PM.
Multi-Site Networked Inter-Tel Systems
While phone is "ON HOOK" dial 9810 (may need to use SPCL key)
Press # to Skip Date
Enter time HH:MM
Press 1 for AM, 2 for PM.
