In 1989 the founder of CTL, Chan Laoteppitaks, began gathering a select team of veteran software engineers from the telecommunications industry. His vision was to design and build full-featured voice mail products for small and mid-sized businesses, a market that the industry had neglected for too long. By 1990 CTL had been formed based on two fundamental principles - high quality and total customer satisfaction.

Today those principles continue to guide their efforts as they strive to produce superior call processing and voice messaging systems that are innovative, powerful and reliable.
