  • Service Requests:
    Priority access to BEI’s exceptional technical support team, which includes 2-tiered support for the varying levels of severity of issues being reported, software updates to correct any software errors
  • Annual Preventative Maintenance & System Health Check:
    BEI will provide an annual visit to the site to provide system maintenance & System Health Check to ensure that your system is operating properly
  • Tier 3 and Development support from the Manufacturer: Available if needed
  • Spare Parts:
    All customers under maintenance, are guaranteed that BEI will have spare parts available to support their system
  • Software Updates: Maintenance related updates are included in standard contracts and Feature releases would be available with Software Assurance coverage options

M1-Software Maintenance and Support Agreement

(8AM-5PM Coverage)

The BEI Software Maintenance and Support Agreement (SMSA) is designed for solutions that are software based. These solutions require update packs, bug fixes, and patches on a regular basis. Software updates, including patches, hot fixes, and feature releases, are available in your SMSA. On occasion, the entire software will need to be upgraded. This type of agreement takes these factors into consideration and provides ongoing support for the solution provided.

M7-Software Maintenance and Support Agreement

(24x7 Coverage)

The BEI Software Maintenance and Support Agreement (SMSA) is designed for solutions that are software based. These solutions require update packs, bug fixes, and patches on a regular basis. Software updates, including patches, hot fixes, and feature releases, are available in your SMSA. On occasion, the entire software will need to be upgraded. This type of agreement takes these factors into consideration and provides ongoing support for the solution provided.

M2-Help Desk Support

(8AM-5PM Coverage)

This type of agreement takes these factors into consideration and provides ongoing support for the solution provided.

BT-Block Time Contract

The BEI Block Time Contract is a companion service designed to allow our customers to budget for services to be provided that are outside the coverage of other BEI support agreements that are in place.

MS-Patching Support

This type of coverage will allow BEI to assure that all Application & Operating System Patches are applied; either Monthly, Quarterly or Annually. So, you can you be rest assured that important Break Fix or Security Patches will be applied in a timely manner.
